You guessed it… it’s yet another post about #RUNNING
For anyone that has been following me your absolutely sick of me talking about running! I can certainly say that 2013 has been the year of running for me, since joining a running club at the start of the year I have not only improved my times (shaved 12 minutes of my half marathon PB) but also met some great people and kept the momentum up to give me the confidence to run the London Marathon 2014!
In 2013 I ran a total of 1032.67 miles over 185 days (in 157 hours 05 minutes and 15 seconds)
My best month was March where I ran a total of 121.44 miles (18 hours 51 minutes) where I even took a week off (green is a rest day)
I participated in many events including three half marathons, two 10k’s, two 10 miler’s and many park runs, relay races and cross country! I cannot wait to see what 2014 holds for me 🙂
